This includes damages, insurance, loss due to fire, loss due to misadventure, theft, and injury, whether they are inflicted or experienced in the SHAK or on the surrounding property. You will absolve the land owner and SHAK from any liability associated with the aforementioned damages or injuries.

SHAK claims copyright ownership of all material on our website unless expressly stated otherwise. You may download, display, print and reproduce material in unaltered form for your personal, non-commercial use and provided that you do not delete or change any copyright symbol, trade mark or other proprietary notice. SHAK reserves the right to revoke such permission at any time.
